We all met back at Chrystal and Steve's in Richmond Virginia over Spring break in March. We had not all been together for a year and a half. Jesse opened his mission call while we were all together, we had pictures taken, toured Washington DC, went to Virginia Beach, celebrated birthdays.....

Thankful....

I challenged the primary kids to be more thankful this month, and we had our FHE on gratitude. I want to post my "Thankful List" every day this month.

Halibut Cove!

Kayaking in Kachemak Bay.

We found a lot of blueberries at Peterson Bay, Outdoor Education Center. We picked 7 gallon bags full!

The skiff was loaded with the kayaks and all our stuff.

We went camping in Halibut Cove over the Labor Day weekend with Gloria and Lance and their family. We loaded up the skiff, went over and found our favorite camping spot, went kayaking, went blueberry picking, had great food and a great time!

Bristol Bay Tender crew 09

Bill, Jesse, and Terrence went over to Bristol Bay this summer to help run Grandma and Grandpa's fishing tenders there, Jade V, and Jade VIII - along with cousins Aarick Carlson and Jesse James, and friend Daniel Jones. Jesse Carlson Graduates from SoHi!

Jesse graduated from Sodotna High (SoHi) on May 20, 09. As Senior Class president he conducted the graduation, also sang a song with his swing choir buddy. The graduates walk in under a large decorated star (our mascot). His Carlson cousins that also graduated this year, Kammi and Lacey are "posing" with him under the star.
